Meet the Founder
Shaquita Nibblins aka Ms. Kiki, is the Founder and CEO of HER Behavioral Health, LLC and a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with a passion for creating meaningful, person-centered support for individuals and families.
Her vision for HER Behavioral Health grew from a desire to create an ABA practice that feels personal, engaging, inclusive, and connected to real life. Kiki believes meaningful progress happens when providers listen to families, recognize each individual’s strengths, and teach skills that support communication, confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life.
Through HER Behavioral Health, Kiki is building more than an ABA provider she is building a community where families feel heard, clients feel celebrated, and professionals feel supported as they grow.
Helping. Empowering. Reaching. That’s HER

Our founding vision and mission
HER Behavioral Health was created from a passion for helping individuals and families feel supported, understood, and empowered. Through my work as an RBT, I saw firsthand how meaningful ABA services can be when they extend beyond a therapy table and into the places where life actually happens.
The idea behind HER is simple: meet people where they are, celebrate who they are, and help them build skills that make everyday life more independent and fulfilling.
I wanted to create a community-based ABA practice where families feel heard, therapy feels engaging and individualized, and neurodivergent children, teens, and young adults are recognized for their strengths not defined by their challenges.
HER Behavioral Health is about more than changing behavior. It’s about Helping. Empowering. Reaching. together.

Achieving meaningful, lasting change
At HER Behavioral Health, we hope to help children and families build skills that create meaningful, lasting changes in everyday life. Our goal is to support each individual in strengthening communication, independence, social connections, daily living skills, emotional regulation, and the confidence to participate more fully in their home, school, and community.
We also want families to feel like they have a true partner in the process. Through individualized ABA services, caregiver education, collaboration, and community-based support, we strive to give families practical tools they can use beyond therapy sessions.
Most importantly, we want every child and young adult we serve to feel seen, respected, supported, and celebrated for who they are while developing skills that increase their independence and quality of life.

Our guiding principles and beliefs
At HER Behavioral Health, our work is guided by compassion, respect, individuality, collaboration, inclusion, and integrity. We believe every person deserves support that recognizes their strengths, respects their differences, and promotes meaningful growth without losing sight of who they are.
We believe families are essential partners in the process. We listen, communicate openly, and work together to create individualized goals that are practical and meaningful in everyday life.
As a team, we value professionalism, consistency, accountability, continued learning, and teamwork. We support one another while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards.
Above all, we believe ABA should be person-centered, engaging, respectful, and empowering helping individuals build greater communication, independence, confidence, and quality of life while celebrating neurodiversity.
